{"id":15664,"date":"2013-06-11T13:32:54","date_gmt":"2013-06-11T13:32:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=9eeb217951822d1884d8745aed7b75d7"},"modified":"2013-06-11T13:32:54","modified_gmt":"2013-06-11T13:32:54","slug":"news-story-fco-response-to-fac-report-the-future-of-the-european-union","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=15664","title":{"rendered":"News story: FCO response to FAC report: The future of the European Union"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>In response to the publication of the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee report \u2018The future of the European Union: UK Government policy\u2019, the Minister for Europe, David Lidington said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">This report is a very useful contribution to a necessary debate and chimes with much of the Government\u2019s approach<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">They support an ambitious EU reform agenda. So do we.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">They believe that the ongoing Eurozone crisis and disaffection with the EU across Europe mean that we should work with partners across Europe on reform.
