It is led by Mary Reilly, a non-executive director of the Department for Transport (<abbr title=\"Department for Transport\">DfT<\/abbr>) and is due to conclude at the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>The government is committed to improving motor services and a review of <abbr title=\"Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency\">DVLA<\/abbr>\u2019s operation is a key element of this pledge. Services to <abbr title=\"Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency\">DVLA<\/abbr> customers will not be affected during the review.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"terms-of-reference\">Terms of reference<\/h3>\n<p><abbr title=\"Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency\">DVLA<\/abbr> has published the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/dvla-review-terms-of-reference\">terms of reference<\/a> which outline the details of the review. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"customer-feedback\">Customer feedback<\/h2>\n<p>As part of the review <abbr title=\"Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency\">DVLA<\/abbr> would like customer and stakeholders to give their thoughts on how they would like <abbr title=\"Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency\">DVLA<\/abbr> to provide services in the future.
