{"id":37930,"date":"2014-01-20T08:39:00","date_gmt":"2014-01-20T08:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=3a5f87ea03421f39cbc0a1ef282deaa4"},"modified":"2014-01-20T08:39:00","modified_gmt":"2014-01-20T08:39:00","slug":"news-story-design-competition-launched-for-uk-pavilion-at-milan-expo-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=37930","title":{"rendered":"News story: Design competition launched for UK pavilion at Milan Expo 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Creatives have the opportunity to create a unique and high impact design to represent the UK at the Milan Expo 2015.<br \/>\nThe successful party will represent the Expo theme in a way which creates the most original, inspiring and memorable visitor experience possible.<\/p>\n<p>The Expo will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>demonstrate the theme \u2018Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life\u2019<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>address one of the key questions of our age, how do we ensure sufficient, good, healthy and sustainable food for all<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A total of 20 million visitors are expected at the Expo over six months.<\/p>\n<p>Christine Losecaat, Creative Director for the UK Pavilion Milan 2015, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">We are seeking a team who can come up with a great concept which sends a powerful message of modern Britain to an international audience.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">There are some incredibly exciting developments taking place in Britain\u2019s agri-tech, life sciences and food and drink sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to show them off to the world.
