Mr Caseby has previously worked in a number of senior roles at News UK, including Managing Editor of both The Sunday Times and The Sun. He is expected to take up the role on 3 March 2014.<\/p>\n

Robert Devereux, Permanent Secretary at the Department for Work and Pensions, said: <\/p>\n

Welfare reform and the introduction of Universal Credit represent the biggest transformation programme in the UK. It is fundamentally about changing culture and behaviour to make sure there is always an incentive to work.<\/p>\n
