Public Health England (<abbr title=\"Public Health England\">PHE<\/abbr>) has now published interim guidance on the implementation of this policy, available from <a rel=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hpa.org.uk\/Topics\/InfectiousDiseases\/InfectionsAZ\/BloodborneVirusesAndOccupationalExposure\/UKAP\/\"><abbr title=\"Public Health England\">PHE<\/abbr>\u2019s dedicated web pages<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The web-based register, <abbr title=\"UK Advisory Panel\">UKAP<\/abbr>&#8211;<abbr title=\"Occupational Health Monitoring Register\">OHR<\/abbr> (\u2018UK Advisory Panel for Healthcare Workers Infected with Bloodborne Viruses \u2013 Occupational Health Monitoring Register for <abbr title=\"Bloodborne viruses\">BBV<\/abbr> Infected <abbr title=\"Health care workers\">HCWs<\/abbr>\u2019) will be available in April 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Occupational Health physicians who wish to register an individual before that time should use the interim paper-based registration system being provided by <abbr title=\"Public Health England\">PHE<\/abbr>.
