The <abbr title=\"Prime Minister\">PM<\/abbr> believed the right to family life was not an unqualified one and had great sympathy with backbench views on deporting foreign criminals. The government bill took considerable action on those issues.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"flooding\">Flooding<\/h2>\n<p>Asked about the floods in Somerset, the <abbr title=\"Prime Minister's Spokesperson\">PMS<\/abbr> said the government was using its civil contingency mechanisms to provide as much assistance as it could to communities affected.
