The reports and accompanying annexes cover the 12-month period from 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014. <\/p>\n<p>Both organisations closed on 1 April 2014. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/competition-commission\">CC\u2019s<\/a> functions transferred to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
