{"id":44597,"date":"2014-07-03T16:58:31","date_gmt":"2014-07-03T16:58:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=079f9ba98fe1fa535e1345a26a751216"},"modified":"2014-07-03T16:58:31","modified_gmt":"2014-07-03T16:58:31","slug":"news-story-fee-paid-judicial-cases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=44597","title":{"rendered":"News story: Fee paid judicial cases"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>This update, on behalf of MOJ, is made in response to decisions by the: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UK Supreme Court in O\u2019Brien v Ministry of Justice [2013] UKSC 6<\/li>\n<li>Employment Tribunal on 2 January 2014 in Miller &amp; Others v Ministry of Justice<\/li>\n<li>Employment Appeal Tribunal on 4 April 2014 in Ministry of Justice v O\u2019Brien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Employment Tribunal continues to hear preliminary hearings on related issues and there are appeals to the Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal.
