{"id":45051,"date":"2014-07-15T08:17:26","date_gmt":"2014-07-15T08:17:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=57cf9b9020c3e575129ddd60c0f58000"},"modified":"2014-07-15T08:17:26","modified_gmt":"2014-07-15T08:17:26","slug":"press-release-how-does-the-minimum-wage-impact-you-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=45051","title":{"rendered":"Press release: How does the minimum wage impact you?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The LPC whose purpose is to provide advice to the Government on matters relating to the minimum wage, apprentice and youth rates  is visiting Northern Ireland on 16,17 July.<\/p>\n<p>Commissioners Neil Goulden, John Hannett and Peter Donaldson are meeting a number of organisations in Northern Ireland to hear first &#8211; hand what impact the National Minimum Wage is having in this region. <\/p>\n<p>John Hannett LPC Commissioner said \u201cListening and understanding the impact the minimum wage has in different regions across the UK and in different business areas is vital to our research and informs our recommendations to the Government. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are keen to understand the impact the minimum wage and youth and apprentice rates have in Northern Ireland to meet with those affected\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>This is one of a number of visits the Low Pay Commission is making around the UK to gather information on how the minimum wage is operating and the impact it has on businesses and employers.
