{"id":45066,"date":"2014-07-15T14:46:00","date_gmt":"2014-07-15T14:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=bb05883a77dc521dc094f0bbabaad587"},"modified":"2014-07-15T14:46:00","modified_gmt":"2014-07-15T14:46:00","slug":"news-story-2014-15-rural-payments-agency-rpa-business-plan-published","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=45066","title":{"rendered":"News story: 2014-15 Rural Payments Agency (RPA) Business Plan published"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/rural-payments-agency-business-plan-2014-to-2015\">Business Plan<\/a> commits the agency to delivering high quality Business As Usual services, matching the levels of performance the <abbr title=\"Rural Payment Agency\">RPA<\/abbr> achieved in 2013-14, while also delivering the change needed to support <abbr title=\"Common Agriculture Policy\">CAP<\/abbr> Reform. <\/p>\n<p>The plan\u2019s headline indicators include achieving an average customer satisfaction score of 8 out of 10 across the year; ensuring that 97% of customers are paid 97% of the fund value by 31 March 2015; and guaranteeing that at least 99% of payments are accurate first time, measured against financial value.<\/p>\n<p><abbr title=\"Rural Payment Agency\">RPA<\/abbr> chief executive Mark Grimshaw commented: <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have taken the practical decision to maintain our indicators at 2013 levels to focus on preparing our people, our customers and our systems to be ready for the transition to the new, reformed <abbr title=\"Common Agriculture Policy\">CAP<\/abbr><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere will, however, be no let-up in the drive to maintain our current high levels of customer service and scheme performance while delivering the third year of the Five Year Plan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt will be a tough task but the <abbr title=\"Rural Payment Agency\">RPA<\/abbr> is in a better place than it was last time round.   Over the past two years we have completed early a highly successful strategic improvement programme which has stabilised the agency and delivered our best ever performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe result is today\u2019s <abbr title=\"Rural Payment Agency\">RPA<\/abbr> is a lean, agile and high performing organisation which is ready for the challenges ahead.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur priority now is to persuade customers to engage early with the <abbr title=\"Common Agriculture Policy\">CAP<\/abbr> Information Service (<abbr title=\"Common Agriculture Policy Information Service\">CAPIS<\/abbr>) online system.
