{"id":45770,"date":"2014-07-30T07:44:58","date_gmt":"2014-07-30T07:44:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=9afd06f96429905a5713379f0f454da5"},"modified":"2014-07-30T07:44:58","modified_gmt":"2014-07-30T07:44:58","slug":"news-story-updated-dbs-disclosure-application-form","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=45770","title":{"rendered":"News story: Updated DBS disclosure application form"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>We have already told you about the changes to legislation which resulted in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/news\/dbs-filter-certain-old-and-minor-cautions-and-convictions-reprimands-and-warnings-from-criminal-record-certificates\">filtering of old and minor convictions<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>On the 12 March 2014 the disclosure application form was amended to reflect this change and question e55 now asks: <\/p>\n<p>\u2018Do you have any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings which would not be filtered in line with current guidance?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>From now on, all applications should be submitted on the new, revised disclosure application form. This form can easily be identified as the form reference number at the top right-hand side begins with F01. The form reference number on the old forms begins with F00.<\/p>\n<p>You won\u2019t need to order new application forms because we are arranging this for you through a stock replacement exercise.
