The FCO reiterates the Minister for Europe\u2019s statement of 12 May 2014 that, \u201cPeople to people interactions, and the peace-builders who sustain these links, are an essential element of any peace and reconciliation process.\u201d The UK calls on Azerbaijan to ensure that the Yunus\u2019 are afforded the right to a fair trial in accordance with Azerbaijan\u2019s international obligations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-child\">The Azerbaijan authorities will be aware of Ms Yunus\u2019 personal health issues.
