But no joy. So they launched a social enterprise, <a rel=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.womenlikeus.org.uk\">Women Like Us<\/a>, to support women going back to work after having children \u2013 specifically into part-time roles.<\/p>\n<p>Fast forward 10 years to today, and the pair have created a range of businesses under the name <a rel=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/timewise.co.uk\">Timewise<\/a>, each one of which aims to help employers recognise the benefits of part-time flexible work.
