It has a workforce of 1500 officers and police staff and an operating budget of \u00a3100m. The Business Director will provide leadership of the Constabulary\u2019s core finance, planning and performance and procurement, facilities and estates and IT functions.<\/p>\n<p>Sir Philip Trousdell said: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">Kenneth is an experienced chartered accountant who currently leads the <abbr title=\"Civil Nuclear Constabulary\">CNC<\/abbr>\u2019s Finance, Planning and Performance Department.
