Central Legal Services in the MOD<\/abbr> provides advice to an organisation that is a department of state, a military force and one of the country\u2019s largest employers, with its own education, housing and health services operating world-wide.<\/p>\n

The commercial law team is based at the MOD<\/abbr>\u2019s site at Abbey Wood, Bristol. It is looking for lawyers who have commercial law experience to join its team. <\/p>\n

The team provides commercial advice to the MOD<\/abbr> across the full range of commercial work, including procurement, competition law, major projects work, regulatory law, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) \/ private finance initiatives (PFI), Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE), international agreements and property transactions. <\/p>\n
