The fact that this money was taxpayer\u2019s money was at the forefront of the Prime Minister\u2019s mind, the <abbr title=\"Prime Minister\u2019s Official Spokesperson\">PMOS<\/abbr> said.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to next steps, the <abbr title=\"Prime Minister\u2019s Official Spokesperson\">PMOS<\/abbr> said the budget revision wasn\u2019t just a technical consideration &#8211; it was something which needed full, detailed, and political-level discussion, which is what <abbr title=\"European Union\">EU<\/abbr> finance ministers would be doing.
