It will encourage innovation in four areas: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>advanced materials <\/li>\n<li>biosciences <\/li>\n<li>electronics, sensors and photonics <\/li>\n<li>information and communications (ICT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We want ideas that will lead to genuinely new products and services, with real commercial potential.  <\/p>\n<p>The competition is open to any small or micro business with an innovative idea in these areas and winning projects will attract up to 75% of the costs of carrying out the feasibility study (with total project costs being up to about \u00a333,000).<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for registration is 14 January 2015.
