The legislation also appears on the <a rel=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.legislation.gov.uk\/all?title=copyright%20tribunal\">Legislation.GOV.UK website<\/a>. Please note that this site shows legislation as made at the time. An unofficial consolidated version of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 is available.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"decisions\">Decisions<\/h3>\n<p>The Tribunal\u2019s previous decisions and orders (from 2013) are available on line under the section <a rel=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ipo.gov.uk\/ctribunal\/ctribunal-decisionorder.htm\">Decision and orders issued<\/a>.<br \/>\nPre 2013 decisions are available from <a rel=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk\/20140603093549\/http:\/\/www.ipo.gov.uk\/ctribunal\/ctribunal-decisionorder.htm\">national archives<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Decisions of the Tribunal up to the end of 1996 are summarised in The Decisions of the UK Performing Right and Copyright Tribunal by Michael Freegard and Jack Black. The Modern Law of Copyright and Designs (Volume 1 Chapter 27) by Laddie, Prescott and Vitoria also provides commentary on the Tribunal.
