{"id":50776,"date":"2014-11-26T14:57:46","date_gmt":"2014-11-26T14:57:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=c239703335e5cb2ab455d58956a900ec"},"modified":"2014-11-26T14:57:46","modified_gmt":"2014-11-26T14:57:46","slug":"news-story-investment-management-system-changes-to-opening-hours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=50776","title":{"rendered":"News story: Investment Management System: changes to opening hours"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<h2 id=\"ims-opening-hours-in-december\">\n<abbr title=\"Investment Management System\">IMS<\/abbr> opening hours in December<\/h2>\n<p>From Monday 1 December to Monday 22 December, <abbr title=\"Investment Management System\">IMS<\/abbr> will be available from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (except Thursday 4 and Thursday 18 December when it will close at 6pm).<\/p>\n<p>There will be no changes to support arrangements; the <abbr title=\"Homes and Communities Agency\">HCA<\/abbr> Service Desk is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and the second-line <abbr title=\"Investment Management System\">IMS<\/abbr> user support is open between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"christmas-closure\">Christmas closure<\/h2>\n<p><abbr title=\"Investment Management System\">IMS<\/abbr> will be unavailable from 5pm on Monday 23 December to external users. It will reopen to all users on Friday 2 January 2015 at 8am<\/p>\n<p>The Compliance Audit system and Help to Buy programme management tool (part of the partner portal) will also be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 23 December and re-open on Friday 2 January 2015 at 8am.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"please-note\">Please note:<\/h3>\n<p>All <abbr title=\"Investment Management System\">IMS<\/abbr> claims for the month of December must be submitted by external users by 5pm on Tuesday 23 December.<\/p>\n<p>The last payment authorisations must be completed by 6pm on Tuesday 23 December as payment processing is not possible while the system is closed.<\/p>\n<p>For Help to Buy  and  development schemes with a payment release date up to Tuesday 23 December, the payment will be processed and paid 7 working days later.<\/p>\n<p>For Help to Buy schemes where a generated payment release date falls between 24 and 31 December the release date will not be changed.
