Today\u2019s report sets out the agreement reached between all 5 of Scotland\u2019s main political parties: Conservative, Green, Labour, Liberal Democrat and the SNP. <\/p>\n<p>The Prime Minister said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m delighted with what\u2019s been announced, we\u2019re keeping our promises and our United Kingdom together. I always said that a \u2018no\u2019 vote didn\u2019t mean no change, indeed, we made a vow of further devolution to Scotland and today we show how we\u2019re keeping that vow to keep that promise.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Scottish Parliament is going to have much more responsibility in terms of spending money but it will also need to be accountable for how it raises taxes to fund that spending and I think that\u2019s a good thing.
