{"id":50988,"date":"2014-12-01T14:46:23","date_gmt":"2014-12-01T14:46:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=2501c3ea261b8184e65d6095741b0d2c"},"modified":"2014-12-01T14:46:23","modified_gmt":"2014-12-01T14:46:23","slug":"news-story-civil-news-tender-for-2015-civil-contracts-opens-1-december-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=50988","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: tender for 2015 civil contracts opens 1 December 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>A procurement process to tender for 2015 civil contracts in a number of areas opened on 1 December 2014 and will close at 12 noon on 23 January 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The categories include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actions against the police<\/li>\n<li>Clinical negligence<\/li>\n<li>Public law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Existing contracts to deliver these services come to an end on 31 October 2015.<\/p>\n<p>To continue delivering services after this date organisations will need to have successfully tendered and been awarded a new civil legal aid contract in these categories of law.
