The verdict is a powerful reminder that those who commit war crimes will be held accountable for their actions.  The UK urges all States to continue the fight against impunity by helping to bring to justice those who commit grave crimes threatening the peace, security and well-being of local communities, in particular women and children.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-child\">The judgment also marks an important milestone for the International Criminal Court: the first ever final judgment from the Appeals Chamber.
