{"id":51196,"date":"2014-12-05T09:59:00","date_gmt":"2014-12-05T09:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=26b178b35feaacae99969ef30c7242d7"},"modified":"2014-12-05T09:59:00","modified_gmt":"2014-12-05T09:59:00","slug":"news-story-withdrawal-of-hmrc-0845-telephone-numbers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=51196","title":{"rendered":"News story: Withdrawal of HMRC 0845 telephone numbers"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>As announced in <a rel=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk\/20140109143644\/http:\/\/www.hmrc.gov.uk\/news\/helplines-update.htm\">August 2014<\/a>, we are withdrawing our 0845 helpline telephone numbers.<\/p>\n<p>Between 8 and 11 December 2014 we will be taking our 0845 numbers out of service, after which customers will only be able to use our 03 helpline numbers. <\/p>\n<p>Customers who call a 0845 number after it has been taken out of service will receive a message telling them that calls to HMRC are no longer dealt with on that number.
