You can file your accounts and confirmation statement online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll need an authentication code<\/a>, so if you have to request a code<\/a> allow plenty of time, as they are sent to the company by post.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Document delivery<\/h2>\n

Only the Cardiff office is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to receive documents delivered by hand or post. The London and Edinburgh offices have a letterbox for out of hours deliveries, but the Belfast office doesn\u2019t.

Accounts must be delivered to Companies House by their due date. Delays in transit won’t be accepted as an excuse for late delivery.

Applications for certified copies<\/h2>\n

We will try to process all certified copy applications as normal. But we can\u2019t be held accountable for any delays in receiving applications due to holiday post times.<\/p>\n

Travelling to the London office on New Year\u2019s Eve<\/h2>\n

Due to the New Year\u2019s celebrations organised by Westminster Council all roads surrounding the office including Victoria Street and Westminster Bridge will be closed from 2pm.
