Do you buy packaged goods? Do you find the \u212e-mark useful? Do you have any views about how it is used across Europe?<\/h2>\n<p>Now is the opportunity to make your views known and influence the future of the scheme.<\/p>\n<div class=\"call-to-action\">\n<p>To share you views and experiences on the EU pre-packages rules, <a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eusurvey\/runner\/EvaluationoftheEUrulesonnominalquantityandcapacityofprepackagedproducts\">complete the short online survey<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The European Commission is conducting a review of the 3 pre-packages Directives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75\/107\/EEC concerning bottles used as measuring containers<\/li>\n<li>76\/211\/EEC relating to the making-up by weight or by volume of certain pre-packaged products<\/li>\n<li>2007\/45\/EC on nominal quantities for pre-packed products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The review seeks to assess the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>relevance of Directives from individual consumers\u2019 and companies\u2019 points of view<\/li>\n<li>coverage of the Directives (geographical, sectorial and by company type)<\/li>\n<li>barrier and motivations behind the use of the \u212e-mark and \u025c-mark<\/li>\n<li>cost of applying the \u212e-mark and \u025c-mark<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"survey\">Survey<\/h3>\n<p>As part of this review, the Commission have an open survey and are keen to hear from consumers, consumer organisations, NGO\u2019s, small and medium-sized enterprises, large companies, industry authorities.
