{"id":52035,"date":"2014-12-27T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-12-27T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=cc4143ecc63ed447d14d6e2ef40a85a5"},"modified":"2014-12-27T10:00:00","modified_gmt":"2014-12-27T10:00:00","slug":"press-release-businesses-sign-up-to-online-tax-account","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=52035","title":{"rendered":"Press release: Businesses sign up to online tax account"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Launched in May 2014, Your Tax Account will, over time, enable small businesses to access everything they need to manage their tax affairs in a single, secure, online space. <abbr title=\"HM Revenue and Customs\">HMRC<\/abbr> has worked with business customers to ensure it reflects their needs and is user-friendly. <\/p>\n<p>The core of the current service is a personalised homepage from which businesses can access: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>links to the key transactions they need to complete (for Self Assessment, Corporation Tax, Pay As You Earn for employers and <abbr title=\"value-added tax\">VAT<\/abbr>) <\/li>\n<li>an overview of their key tax records<\/li>\n<li>a summary of their current liabilities <\/li>\n<li>direct links to information and guidance, plus interactive tools <\/li>\n<li>links to payment information and how to pay.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More services will be added as the product develops.  <\/p>\n<p>David Gauke, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, said: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><abbr title=\"HM Revenue and Customs\">HMRC<\/abbr> is becoming an increasingly digital business.
