The <abbr title=\"Prime Minister's Official Spokesperson\">PMOS<\/abbr> said that it was absolutely right that the Food Standards Agency had responsibilities to ensure that appropriate standards were enforced, and that the FSA investigated when it had concerns.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"english-votes-for-english-laws\">English Votes for English Laws<\/h3>\n<p>When asked about English Votes for English Laws, the <abbr title=\"Prime Minister's Official Spokesperson\">PMOS<\/abbr> said that a debate and vote in government time would be subject to cross-government agreement, and reiterated that there were other ways that the government could consider these matters.
