They should include the reasoning and rationale for their views in their consultation response. The application (ref: MLA\/2014\/000563) can be accessed via the <a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/marinelicensing.marinemanagement.org.uk\/mmo\/fox\/live\/MMO_PUBLIC_REGISTER\">MMO Public Register.<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>The MMO received the application from PTEC on 29 November 2014 and a public consultation was opened on 23 December 2014. The consultation is in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations. <\/p>\n<p>A MMO spokesperson said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to ensure that people provide their views and we encourage them to complete the consultation documents by the closing date. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cFollowing the consultation process, we will consider any representations received and ensure any outstanding matters are addressed before making a decision.
