Stuart joins <abbr title=\"high speed two\">HS2<\/abbr> from KPMG where he spent four years as Director of Major Projects Advisory.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the appointment, <abbr title=\"high speed two\">HS2<\/abbr> Ltd Chief Executive Simon Kirby said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">Stuart has a proven track record of leading innovative, ambitious and complex projects and is exactly the type of person we want at <abbr title=\"high speed two\">HS2<\/abbr> as we continue to move toward the construction of the railway. We are committed to delivering a world class railway and that means having the highest calibre people working on the project. Stuart certainly falls into that category. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Stuart has vast experience in providing programme and leadership services to major infrastructure clients in transport and finance.
