{"id":55443,"date":"2015-03-19T15:00:41","date_gmt":"2015-03-19T15:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=6d1a1bd6ad2fd1986d89fd7b79533416"},"modified":"2015-03-19T15:00:41","modified_gmt":"2015-03-19T15:00:41","slug":"news-story-crime-news-rollout-of-crm14-eform-across-southern-england","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=55443","title":{"rendered":"News story: Crime news: rollout of CRM14 eForm across southern England"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>CRM14 eForms can now be used to submit criminal legal aid applications online in both the south east and the south west of England.<\/p>\n<p>This follows the transfer of responsibility for processing of applications to the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) in both regions during February 2015.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"paper-applications\">Paper applications<\/h3>\n<p>Any applications being made on the paper forms will need to be sent to the LAA Birmingham office \u2013 see below.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"transfer-in-wales\">Transfer in Wales<\/h3>\n<p>On 20 April 2015 the next phase of the transfer will start with the processing of applications for cases in Wales.
