{"id":56095,"date":"2015-03-27T16:42:03","date_gmt":"2015-03-27T16:42:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=cec012b9e2336531d7e4c17cbc6967b8"},"modified":"2015-03-27T16:42:03","modified_gmt":"2015-03-27T16:42:03","slug":"news-story-new-and-updated-social-care-forms-and-guidance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=56095","title":{"rendered":"News story: New and updated social care forms and guidance"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications?keywords=&amp;publication_filter_option=all&amp;topics%5B%5D=social-care&amp;departments%5B%5D=ofsted&amp;official_document_status=all&amp;world_locations%5B%5D=all&amp;from_date=27%2F03%2F2015&amp;to_date=27%2F03%2F2015&amp;commit=Refresh+results\">A suite of social care forms and guidance has been published today<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"social-care-registration\">Social care registration<\/h2>\n<p>Forms and guidance have been updated for new legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Fee documents are available in from 1 April versions.<\/p>\n<p>Please note <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/news\/online-social-care-registration-unavailable-31-march-to-15-may\">online applications not available 31 March to 15 May 2015: further details in news story<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"inspection-of-adoption-support-agencies\">Inspection of adoption support agencies<\/h2>\n<p>Following the recent consultation the new inspection framework for adoption support agencies will introduce a judgement of \u2018requires improvement\u2019 for inspections from April 2015. <\/p>\n<p>The evaluation schedule includes revised evaluation criteria for \u2018good\u2019 and \u2018outstanding\u2019, and a limiting judgement for the overall effectiveness grade where any judgement area is found to be \u2018inadequate\u2019. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"inspection-of-boarding-and-residential-provision-in-schools\">Inspection of boarding and residential provision in schools<\/h2>\n<p>Following the recent consultation the new inspection framework for boarding and residential special schools we will introduce a judgement of \u2018requires improvement\u2019 for inspections from April 2015. <\/p>\n<p>The evaluation schedule includes revised tougher criteria including the introduction of limiting judgements.
