{"id":56342,"date":"2015-04-13T15:19:00","date_gmt":"2015-04-13T15:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=56b72b5259b613bd87d0bcd9bfe2fc6a"},"modified":"2015-04-13T15:19:00","modified_gmt":"2015-04-13T15:19:00","slug":"news-story-archived-cc-cases-added-to-cmas-gov-uk-webpages","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=56342","title":{"rendered":"News story: Archived CC cases added to CMA\u2019s GOV.UK webpages"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p><abbr title=\"Competition Commission\">CC<\/abbr> cases that were completed before the Competition and Markets Authority (<abbr title=\"Competition and Markets Authority\">CMA<\/abbr>) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/news\/new-competition-authority-to-make-markets-work-well-for-consumers-business-and-the-economy\">came into existence in April 2014<\/a> had only been available on the archived <abbr title=\"Competition Commission\">CC<\/abbr> website. However, a survey we carried out with our web users indicated that people had been finding these hard to locate.<\/p>\n<p>So, from today these cases will also now be available on the <abbr title=\"Competition and Markets Authority\">CMA<\/abbr>\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/cma-cases\">case directory<\/a> and will be joined over the coming weeks by the Office of Fair Trading\u2019s archived decisions. <\/p>\n<p>There are a variety of ways to use the case directory to search for the <abbr title=\"Competition Commission\">CC<\/abbr> cases.
