{"id":56441,"date":"2015-04-20T13:52:43","date_gmt":"2015-04-20T13:52:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=499fafa7ad903d394981dcf86c630a91"},"modified":"2015-04-20T13:52:43","modified_gmt":"2015-04-20T13:52:43","slug":"news-story-secretary-of-state-decision-on-letterone-north-sea-gas-fields-acquisition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=56441","title":{"rendered":"News story: Secretary of State decision on LetterOne North Sea gas fields acquisition"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The Secretary of State Ed Davey has today (20 April) notified Dea UK and LetterOne that he proposes to revoke Dea UK\u2019s North Sea petroleum licences unless LetterOne arranges for a further change of control of the Dea UK gas fields in the North Sea.<\/p>\n<p>This decision was taken after a thorough review of all relevant information as well as obtaining cross-Government views.<\/p>\n<p>Under the terms of the licenses held by Dea UK, Dea UK and LetterOne now have three months to effect a further change of control.
