{"id":58127,"date":"2015-06-18T14:45:23","date_gmt":"2015-06-18T14:45:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=e490559bd16a297249b0b87f2d8aeab4"},"modified":"2015-06-18T14:45:23","modified_gmt":"2015-06-18T14:45:23","slug":"news-story-crime-news-2010-standard-crime-contract-extension","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=58127","title":{"rendered":"News story: Crime news: 2010 Standard Crime Contract extension"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>New contract schedules for providers who accepted the Legal Aid Agency\u2019s (LAA) offer to extend the 2010 Standard Criminal Contract will be uploaded by 30 June 2015.<\/p>\n<p>We made the extension offers in December 2014 and March 2015 and the new schedule will start on 1 July 2015 and either run to 30 September 2015 or to 10 January 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The date the schedule runs to will depend on whether a provider accepted one or both of the offers of extension.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"notification-of-upload\">Notification of upload<\/h3>\n<p>Providers will receive an automated email from CWA when their new schedule has been uploaded and is available to view.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"updates\">Updates<\/h3>\n<p>Providers with 2010 standard crime contracts will receive further communications in the week beginning 29 July 2015 confirming:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>availability of the October schedule<\/li>\n<li>user support information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Providers will receive formal confirmation of the new schedule numbers at the end of July.
