Access to and from Church Lane and Star Lane will be closed throughout the project with signed diversions in place.<\/p>\n<p>Highways England Asset Manager Janice Burgess said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">We have been working with Southern Gas Network to ensure that their work is carried out efficiently to minimise the disruption.
