Dr Peter Tibber has been appointed Her Majesty\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of Colombia in succession to Mr Lindsay Croisdale-Appleby, who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Dr Tibber will take up his appointment during September.<\/p>\n
