{"id":60105,"date":"2015-08-06T13:10:02","date_gmt":"2015-08-06T13:10:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=38bdc27d483365f52647e1e03eead74c"},"modified":"2015-08-06T13:10:02","modified_gmt":"2015-08-06T13:10:02","slug":"press-release-overnight-closures-around-m1-junction-24-for-resurfacing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=60105","title":{"rendered":"Press release: Overnight closures around M1 junction 24 for resurfacing"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The closures &#8211; which will be a mix of both lane and full closures on the roundabout, A6 and A453 &#8211; will take place every night between 8pm and 6am.<\/p>\n<p>Robin Jackson, Highways England assistant project manager, said: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We have found technical issues with some sections of the road surface and, as a precautionary measure, we have decided to resurface the roundabout in full to ensure safe and  reliable journeys for the long term.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-child\">We apologise for any disruption this causes, and we will be carrying out the work overnight to minimise the impact on road users.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Drivers travelling to and from East Midlands Airport are advised to plan their journeys and allow extra time.
