{"id":60192,"date":"2015-08-10T09:02:00","date_gmt":"2015-08-10T09:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=6e3bd1aeca4b5134f7bd2432839f2432"},"modified":"2015-08-10T09:02:00","modified_gmt":"2015-08-10T09:02:00","slug":"news-story-civil-news-ccms-billing-enhancements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=60192","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: CCMS billing enhancements"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Two billing enhancements, addressing your feedback on evidence requests and bills, have been made to the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS).  <\/p>\n<p>These precede a further billing enhancement involving the introduction of a progress bar so you can track where you are, sections indicating what you have completed and the ability to jump pages.  <\/p>\n<h3 id=\"information-in-evidence-requests\">Information in evidence requests<\/h3>\n<p>There are a small number of instances where CCMS users submit more than one payment on account (POA) for the same case, on the same day and for the same value.  <\/p>\n<p>When the LAA has followed such POAs up with an evidence request, this has led to confusion on which POA the request relates to.<\/p>\n<p>We have now changed the system.  In such instances, we provide more information in our evidence request, with the following appearing clearly in the main notification section:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>time and date of claim submission<\/li>\n<li>submitted value of claim <\/li>\n<li>claim type, eg disbursement POA<\/li>\n<li>name of submitter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"improvements-to-the-pdf-bill\">Improvements to the PDF bill<\/h3>\n<p>We received feedback on the pdf bill summary that you can print out before you submit a bill electronically.
