It was launched at universities across the country to give students an insight into working in the Civil Service.<\/p>\n<p>Lectures are delivered by senior civil servants, including permanent secretaries and directors general. They share their experiences and insight in order to contribute to students\u2019 development and enable them to understand more about the Civil Service as a potential future employer. The overall aim of the sessions is to inspire, motivate and encourage students to consider a career as a civil servant.<\/p>\n<div class=\"call-to-action\">\n<p>Only students of the host university are eligible to attend these events.
