Hugo Shorter has been appointed Her Majesty\u2019s Ambassador Designate to Lebanon in succession to Tom Fletcher who took up another appointment outside the FCO. He will be assuming his post initially as Charge D\u2019Affaires with immediate effect.<\/p>\n
