{"id":61342,"date":"2015-09-11T11:30:53","date_gmt":"2015-09-11T11:30:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=c0f132120194289d0c2405a10ef36bb4"},"modified":"2015-09-11T11:30:53","modified_gmt":"2015-09-11T11:30:53","slug":"press-release-yjb-welcomes-review-of-youth-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=61342","title":{"rendered":"Press release: YJB welcomes review of youth justice"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The Youth Justice Board\u2019s (YJB) Chair, Lord McNally, has responded to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/speeches\/youth-justice\">written ministerial statement<\/a> laid by the Secretary of State, Michael Gove, today, announcing a review of youth justice.<\/p>\n<p>YJB\u2019s Chair, Lord McNally said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The YJB has been clear that a strategic review of the youth justice system is essential as the current system cannot sustain further piecemeal reductions in funding.<\/p>\n<p>We therefore welcome this review, and hope that it will deliver lasting reform of the system as a whole.
