The Original Bowling Company has proposed Essenden Limited, owner of Tenpin Limited as a potential purchaser of these businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The CMA proposes to accept the proposed undertaking, which it currently considers is appropriate to remedy its competition concerns.<\/p>\n<p>Before reaching a final decision, it is inviting interested parties to make their views known.
