It will become mandatory for all other procedure types, including national procedures, from the beginning of 2016. All other Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (<abbr title=\"Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency\">MHRA<\/abbr>) submission requirements remain unchanged. <\/p>\n<p>If you are making a submission using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/mhra-portal-register-to-submit-forms\">portal<\/a>, you will have to submit using the portal forms as well as submitting the <abbr title=\"electronic application form\">eAF<\/abbr>.
