{"id":63278,"date":"2015-10-26T14:26:38","date_gmt":"2015-10-26T14:26:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=0918a15cb8cae091be07a6e27c764932"},"modified":"2015-10-26T14:26:38","modified_gmt":"2015-10-26T14:26:38","slug":"news-story-civil-news-checklist-for-controlled-work-applications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=63278","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: checklist for controlled work applications"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Checklists for (CW3) controlled work extension forms have been introduced to give clarity on our submission requirements and standardise the format.  <\/p>\n<p>There is one checklist for the CW3 A&amp;B and another for the CW3C<\/p>\n<p>The checklists have been introduced following discussions with provider representative bodies and will be used by caseworkers from 1 November 2015 when considering CW3 applications  <\/p>\n<p>This is part of a wider package of measures to improve the acceptance rates of CW3 submissions. These include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>electronic CW3 form<\/li>\n<li>additional guidance in the escape cases electronic handbook<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Checklists are relied on by our processing teams and were introduced to assist with increasing the acceptance rate of the forms submitted. They also detail:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>our requirements<\/li>\n<li>documentation we need<\/li>\n<li>guidance on form completion and payment rules <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"requirements-are-not-changing\">Requirements are not changing<\/h3>\n<p>There are no changes to the general requirements of the work.
