{"id":63362,"date":"2015-10-28T10:17:30","date_gmt":"2015-10-28T10:17:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=2ba067e8a9100877746dff353d646f2d"},"modified":"2015-10-28T10:17:30","modified_gmt":"2015-10-28T10:17:30","slug":"news-story-update-2015-standard-civil-contract-for-clinical-negligence-actions-against-the-police-etc-and-public-law-from-1-november-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=63362","title":{"rendered":"News story: Update \u2013 2015 Standard Civil Contract for Clinical Negligence, Actions Against the Police etc and Public Law from 1 November 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<h3 id=\"organisations-that-have-completed-verification\">Organisations that have completed verification<\/h3>\n<p>Organisations that successfully tendered must execute contracts before the contract start date to allow them to begin delivering services from 1 November.<\/p>\n<p>Where organisations have successfully completed verification, their contracts will be available for execution in the Controlled Work and Administration (CWA) system this week.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to completing verification, organisations must also complete the two following actions before they can execute their contract in CWA:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>complete and return an AC1 form for any office that does not currently have an LAA account number. The AC1 form is available on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/update-your-details-with-laa\">website<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>set up the requisite number of \u2018designated signatories\u2019 on CWA. Guidance on how to allocate a designated signatory in CWA is available on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/cwa-detailed-user-guides\">website<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guidance on how to execute a contract in CWA is available on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/cwa-detailed-user-guides\">website<\/a>. Contracts that have not been executed 10 working days of the contract start date will be withdrawn.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"organisations-that-have-not-yet-completed-verification\">Organisations that have not yet completed verification<\/h3>\n<p>The deadline for submitting verification information was 1 October 2015.
