He was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the Copyright Tribunal in 2007, and is approved to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Donald Fraser was called to the Bar in 1989 and took Silk in 2009. He was appointed a Recorder in 2002 and is approved to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Philippa Jane Edwards Whipple was called to the Bar in 1994 and took Silk in 2010.
