We act on information from a range of sources, including workers, third parties or from our own proactive work to gather intelligence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-child\">Where a company is not paying the <abbr title=\"National Minimum Wage\">NMW<\/abbr> we have a proven track record for taking firm action and will continue to do so.
