This included works to Ray Hall Viaduct, the River Tame Bridge and Wigmore Viaduct.<\/p>\n<p>All roadworks have now been removed on the M6 to M5 link road returning the southbound carriageway to full lane capacity. The entry slip road at junction 9 Walsall has had its permanent closure removed with drivers now being able to access the motorway from Walsall.<\/p>\n<p>Highways England Project Manager, Jess Kenny said: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We would like to thank motorists for their patience throughout the year in what has been a long and challenging maintenance programme.
