This includes Civil Legal Advice.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"what-has-changed\">What has changed?<\/h3>\n<p>Based on user feedback the tool has been refreshed to provide a: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>simpler, cleaner design<\/li>\n<li>better experience on mobile devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"what-about-members-of-the-public\">What about members of the public?<\/h3>\n<p>Individuals seeking advice are encouraged to use \u2018check if you can get legal aid\u2019 \u2013 see link below.<\/p>\n<p>This allows people to check whether they may qualify for legal aid before being given the details of appropriate organisations that may be able to help them. <\/p>\n<p>The same information about legal aid providers is used to update both tools. This is drawn from a database maintained by the LAA.<\/p>\n<p>Following the recent \u2018find a legal adviser\u2019 refresh both tools will in future be updated at the same time once a month.  <\/p>\n<h3 id=\"our-details-are-out-of-date--what-should-i-do\">Our details are out of date \u2013 what should I do?<\/h3>\n<p>If you are concerned that the details showing on the tool for your organisation are out of date please speak to your LAA contract manager in the first instance.
