The 12 shortlisted entries have demonstrated success in bringing together business and regulators to change how local regulation is delivered and received. The entries showcase good practice across the four award categories: partnership, individual ambassador, innovation and special contribution. <\/p>\n<p>The shortlisted entries and the reasons for their selection are detailed in the attached document.<\/p>\n<p>The shortlisted entries will share the work behind their success at the <a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/better-business-for-all-shared-learning-day-and-awards-ceremony-2016-tickets-20809928055\">Better Business for All Shared Learning Day<\/a> on 8 March 2016, where the winning entries will be announced in an awards presentation.<\/p>\n<p>The shortlist was announced at the <a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/lgaevents.local.gov.uk\/lga\/frontend\/reg\/thome.csp?pageID=41964&amp;ef_sel_menu=1006&amp;eventID=144&amp;eventID=144\">Local Government Association\u2019s \u2018Supporting local businesses, sustaining regulatory services\u2019 event<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Better Business for All enables regulators to understand businesses better, and tailor their services to meet business needs.
